When you schedule a meeting or appointment in Outlook, it shows up in Teams and vice versa. This is a critically important thing to know. Prerequisite: your calendar in Teams is the same one as your calendar in Outlook So plan accordingly if you have a limited data plan. You’re using your data plan - or the local wifi network (usually a better idea) - to join. If you join a Teams meeting from your mobile device, it’s important to know that you’re not joining over the telephone you’re not using calling minutes.
